Shipping Times

Since all our creations are made just for you, shipping times may vary slightly. Here's a breakdown for your reference:

Wooden Music Boxes: 9-20 calendar days

2D & 3D Puzzles: 9-16 calendar days

Painting by Numbers Kits: 14-30 calendar days

Please Note:

  • Processing times for all orders can range from 1-5 calendar days.

  • Custom orders take longer to process (3-5 days). Be sure to provide clear customization instructions and respond promptly to any messages we send regarding your order to avoid delays. Also, when you fill the order form, please include a valid phone number for the courier in case they have any delivery questions.

  • Busy holiday seasons might see some delays. We recommend ordering at least two weeks in advance.

  • You'll receive a notification with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Large orders may be split into multiple packages and have separate tracking numbers.

We prioritize affordability, but if you need something delivered super-fast, contact us. This option might incur additional costs.

International Shipping

We deliver worldwide! While we usually work with USPS (USA), Evri (UK), and the national mail service in most other countries, they might choose a different courier for efficiency.

Need a Different Carrier?

Let us know at checkout if you prefer a specific carrier (additional charges may apply depending on the carrier's fees).

Tracking Your Gift's Journey

Refunds & Returns: We're Here to Help!

We want you and your recipient to absolutely love your gift. If you're not happy, please contact us first. We're happy to troubleshoot any issues or suggest solutions that work best for you.

Here's a quick rundown on our return policy:

  • We accept returns for non-customized items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Please contact us to initiate a return and receive the return address. Mention the reason for the refund and if you received a faulty item, a photo or video might be helpful for us to assess the damage and offer the best solution.

  • Refunds: Once we receive the returned item (it may take a few days), we'll initiate a refund to your original payment method.


A Note on Customized Items:
Since these are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for customized products.

Exchanges

We can only accept exchanges for non-customized items. Please contact us to initiate an exchange and specify the reason and the desired replacement item.

Order Mistakes

We understand mistakes happen! If you notice an error in your order before it ships, contact us immediately. We may be able to fix it. Custom orders may incur a small fee for late adjustments, depending on the change required.

If your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to recall it. You can always place a new order and refer to our return policy for any unwanted items.
